Recently, a CRE train loaded with 110 TEUs of white household appliances and daily chemical products departed from Yanhuamen Station in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It will run across the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea to reach Istanbul, Turkey. It is the first cross-Caspian and Black CRE train that left Jiangsu after cross-Caspian CRE trains from Jiangsu to Baku, Azerbaijan, began to operate in February.

To guarantee the smooth operation of this CRE train, CR-Shanghai coordinated with multiple sections and kept optimizing the loading process. Logistics, train deports, locomotive depots, and other sections worked closely together to help customs with declaration, inspection, release, transportation, and other processes and adopted measures such as prioritizing allocation of cars, loading, and trailing, timely allocating empty cars, early entry of goods into customs, and so on, and significantly improved transportation efficiency.

So far, CRE has opened its way to more than ten destinations, including the five countries in Central Asia, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, and Turkey. This year, CRE (Nanjing) has made over 100 journeys, up over 70% year-on-year, facilitating the dual circulation of domestic and international markets and ensuring the stability of global industrial and supply chains.
