Bazhong-Nanchong High Speed Railway Starts Operation

On June 27th, the Bazhong-Nanchong High Speed Railway began to operate, accessing Bazhong, an old revolutionary base area, to China’s high speed railway network for the first time. With a total length of 149 kilometers, the Bazhong-Nanchong High Speed Railway is an important part of the new passenger transportation corridor between Sichuan, Chongqing and Shaanxi, which is of great significance for improving the regional intercity railway network and boosting high-quality development in the old revolutionary base area.
